ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform initial appraisal of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications
Interview applicants to evaluate their eligibility for personal loan or business loans
Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria
Follow up with clients to clarify important points
Review and evaluate loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation.
Assess creditworthiness of applicants and determine loan eligibility.
Analyze credit risk and make recommendations on loan approvals and rejections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the loan disbursement process and ensure timely delivery of funds.
Monitor loan accounts and ensure timely repayments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of loan transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and resolve any queries or issues.

DESIRED SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of commerce, and lending industry. 1-3 years of relevant experience in NBFC operations or Lending operations is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations of lending
Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, Excel)
